Shipping & Local Pickup Policy

Welcome to Wellspring! We are so grateful for your support of our local, clean beauty and wellness shop. Whether you're shopping with us online from afar or picking up locally here in Coastal Georgia, we take great care in packaging your products safely and getting them to you as quickly as possible.

📍 Local Pickup (St. Simons Island)

  • Cost: Free

  • Processing Time: Ready for pickup within 1–2 business hours.

  • How it works: Choose "In-Store / Local Pickup" at checkout. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed, followed by a second notification letting you know your order is packed and ready at our store counter.

  • What to bring: Please bring your order confirmation email (on your phone is great!) and a valid ID.

📦 Domestic Shipping & Rates

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS ground depending on the package size and destination.

Free standard shipping applies automatically at checkout for eligible domestic orders over $75 (before taxes and after discounts).

⏱️ Order Processing Times

  • Standard Orders: Placed Monday–Friday are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.

  • Weekend & Holiday Orders: Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or major holidays will be processed on the following business day.

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking information.

📮 Incorrect Addresses & Lost Packages

  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Wellspring is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

  • Carrier Delays & Lost Items: Once a package leaves our shop and is scanned by the carrier (USPS/UPS), delivery times are out of our direct control. If your package shows as "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors, wait 24 hours, or contact your local carrier office. If you need assistance filing a claim, email us and we’ll be happy to help!
