At Wellspring, we want you to love your wellness and clean beauty ritual. Because we curate high-quality, pure botanical products, our return policy is designed to maintain the integrity of our inventory while ensuring you shop with complete confidence.

Returns on Unopened Products

• Items must be returned in their original, unopened, and unused packaging within 14 days of purchase or delivery.

• Once inspected and approved, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Opened or Lightly Used Products

• Due to the hygienic nature of clean beauty and skincare, we cannot offer cash refunds on opened, broken-seal, or used products.

• However, if a product does not work out for your skin type, we want to help you find a better match! Returns on opened items within 14 days are eligible for Store Credit or Exchange only.

Final Sale Items

• All sale/clearance items, gift cards, and event tickets are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Start a Return

• In-Store: Bring your item and your receipt or order confirmation directly to our St. Simons Island boutique.

• Online Orders: Email us at letsglow@wellspringbeauty.store with your order number. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.
