At Wellspring, we are committed to your wellness journey. Because our curated collection includes everything from fresh mocktails to artisanal supplements, we have tailored our policies to ensure the highest standards of safety and quality for our community.
Well Bar Beverages & Longevity Shots
Due to the perishable and custom nature of our Well Bar menu, all beverages and shots are Final Sale. If your drink is not to your satisfaction, please let us know immediately at the bar so we can remake it or find a replacement you’ll love.
Sea Moss Gels & Consumable Supplements
To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, returns on sea moss gels and supplements are accepted within 7 daysof purchase for unopened and sealed items only. Once a seal is broken, we cannot accept the return. If you believe a product is defective, please contact us within 48 hours for an exchange.
Boutique Lifestyle, Beauty & Books
Non-perishable items—including skincare, books, and accessories—may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase. Items must be in their original, resalable condition (unopened, tags attached, no signs of use) and accompanied by a receipt or your Shopify customer profile record.
Promotions & Final Sale
Items marked as Final Sale, Gift Cards, and "Gift with Purchase" (GWP) promotional items are not eligible for return or exchange.
How to Process a Return
For in-store purchases at Redfern Village, simply bring the item and your proof of purchase to the register. Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment or provided as Wellspring Store Credit.
